Joseph L. Rapacki, Jr., CPA, PFS, MST
Entrepreneur. Joe is an entrepreneur with over 15 years of public accounting experience. He understands the determination and challenges of entrepreneurs. This is reflected in the practice where more than half the clients are closely held businesses. Whether it is tax, payroll, or financial accounting, small businesses can profit from his experience.
Independence. Size can be an advantage. The small CPA firm business model allows Joe to be fiercely independent. He has relationships with a number of respected outside professionals in a variety of fields. Unlike larger firms, where personnel are encouraged to send business to their in-house staff, regardless the needs of the client, Joe is at liberty to only serve the best interests of the client.
Knowledge. Two graduate degrees (Master of Taxation & Master of Professional Accounting) have provided Joe a thorough understanding of tax and accounting issues. He keeps current with any rule changes with frequent continuing education seminars.
Wisdom Wisdom does not come from academics…it comes from real life experience. Joe has that life experience. He has made both good and not so good decisions along the way. He’s also seen where some clients have made wise, and not so wise, choices. This allows clients to profit from his experience.
Empathy He realizes that everyone has business and personal ups and downs. Whether financial or health-related, every family can experience a crisis.
Work-Life Balance Joe and his family reside in Edina. He frequently spends weekends on household projects. He is also a big fan of Lifetime Fitness’ early morning classes.

Priya K. Srinivasan CPA , Staff Accountant
Priya is an experienced CPA with an active license in MN. Priya has been in MN since 1996 working in public accounting and in industry for over 12 years. She is also a Chartered Accountant and Cost Accountant from India and has recently obtained the Diploma in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) from Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (U.K). She is passionate about helping small businesses, individuals, non profits with their tax and accounting needs.
She is a member of Minnesota society of CPA’s. Priya lives with her family in Bloomington, MN
